Parade (2020)
3’ 30”, for brass band
Written to open the second half of the National Band's only 2020 concert, Parade is a concert version of a New Orleans-style street parade, featuring staggered entrances of the musicians from different parts of the hall. The one main theme is essentially a snowball, growing in size until everyone has arrived on stage.
