Written for New Zealand’s ‘Bras and Brass Band’ as a tribute for former member Lou Davey, this simple piece reflects on Lou's friendliness and fun personality, with the title referring to her lounge spot overlooking Ohope Beach in Ocean Rd, Whakatāne.
